Le Trefle a quatre feuilles in Siorac en Perigord is a lovely perigordian stone restaurant, the staff are very friendly and the food is fantastic and reasonabley priced.
Le Veilleur d’Urval, this is a gem of a restaurant hidden away in Urval, which is between Le Buisson and Siroac en Perigord. It is a small restaurant so you will need to book but the food is fabulous and we really recommend you try it.
La Belle Etoile at La Roque-Gageac (one of the most beautiful villages) this is a restaurant for a special occasion as it is a bit more expensive. The cuisine is of a very high standard – the best of the Périgord’s renowned traditional specialities, but also with a distinct innovative touch.
Chez Julien, situated next to the Church at Paunat, this is a very pretty, popular restaurant with a great variety of excellent quality food. A definite must try, a hidden gem.

Le Petit Paris at Daglan, another lovely restaurant, great food, situated in a very pretty village. Menus from 29 – 45 euros.
La Table de Leo at Saint Avit Senieur. Great value 20 euro menu at Lunch time up to 32 euros in the evenings. Again lovely food, lovely people.
